PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

1. Check-in / Check-out Guidelines:
   Guests are welcome to use cash or credit cards. Guests who have not made prior arrangements through travel agents may guarantee their reservations by credit card. Upon check-in, a credit card will be required for miscellaneous charges. Check-in time: 2:00 PM, Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
2. Rates are quoted for double or single occupancy per bedroom per unit. Published rates are subject to 13.00% tax or applicable taxes at the time if such should change. The room rate includes a continental breakfast served in the restaurant for two people. An extra charge of $30.00 plus taxes will be applied for each additional guest. Breakfast is not included for the additional(s) guest(s).An additional guest is defined as a person in addition to the allotted double occupancy per bedroom per unit.
3. All direct reservations require payment in full at time of booking. Payments not expedited immediately are subject to cancellation without further notice. Agency bookings can be subject to special terms, please consult our reservation department for details.
4. Payments are received in US DOLLARS only and may be paid by Visa, Master Card or American Express. Direct deposits, wire transfers or personal checks must be previously arranged with our reservation department, and proof of bank transactions must be sent by fax to +506-2777-5333 or via email to: reservations@hotelsanbada.com
5. Green Season is considered from May. 01 - Jun. 30. Aug. 02 - Nov. 14
   High Season is considered from Jul.01 - Aug. 01. Nov. 15 - Dec. 22. Jan. 6 - Apr. 30
   Christmas Season is considered from Dec. 23 - Jan. 05
6. NO-SHOW and/or un-used room nights, and/or early check-outs are NOT REFUNDABLE regardless of the season.
7. Any cancellation will be charged 50% off the total amount of the reservation. 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
8. # Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to reservations@hotelsanbada.com, and all cancellations must be confirmed as received by Hotel San Bada to be considered valid.
9. Please note that prostitution and the exploitation of underage persons is not permitted within the hotel grounds. Guests who do not respect this policy will kindly be asked to leave with no refund due.
